John R. Phillips, Mary Louise Cohen and the firm’s attorneys have brought qui tam (whistleblower) lawsuits that have resulted in recoveries to the U.S. Treasury totaling more than $1 billion - - about one-fourth of the federal government’s total recoveries from qui tam lawsuits.
