Michael Brown

Michael graduated in 1995 from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif. He clerked for the Honorable David F. Levi, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of California, and later for the Honorable Procter Hug Jr. of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining Phillips & Cohen LLP, he was associated for three years with the San Francisco office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial and international litigation and arbitration.
